Finishing 2012 with such an awful film (Leaving Las Vegas) I am determined this year that I will see better films. I will also see more. My aim is to see 200+ this year. I will post again on 1st January 2014 to document how many films I managed to see in 2013. I know people say quality over quantity with films and to some extent they are right, but I figure the more I see the more chance I have of getting a better batch of hidden gems. I am hoping to see a few more Ingmar Bergman, Claude Chabrol and Eric Rohmer films. They will probably be highlights. Watch this space.
