Leatherheads - 2008
In the beginning the rules were simple, there weren't any.
I'm so happy to see George Clooney in a film set in my favourite decade - 1920s and pleased to say he really suits the Jazz age and is able to keep that humour which he carries with him in certain films. Renee Zellweger is infuriating in pretty much any role she takes except for Bridget Jones and I think I would probably have rated this movie higher if she hadn't been in it. However some strong acting and a fantastic soundtrack make this fim good enough for me,, with an added bonus of some really authentic costumes.
Rating 3.5/5
